Supplementary Dataset: target lncRNA Sequencing Read Count Matrix for Rheumatoid Arthritis Patients and Controls

Abstract

Total RNA was isolated from plasma samples and analyzed using a targeted RNA sequencing (RNA‑Seq) panel that included long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) transcripts. The Ion AmpliSeq™ Long Non-coding RNA Research Panel (Thermo Fisher Scientific, Waltham, MA, USA) was used to evaluate differences in RNAs expression levels between patients with rheumatoid arthritis and healthy controls.
